1. Where should I send my laptop?

2. Do I need to pay for shipping?

Yes, we can only accept fully paid parcels. Make sure the postage is covered.

3. What should I include in the parcel?

4. Does the laptop need to be in working order?

Yes, we can only accept laptops that turn on and function. If the battery is dead but the laptop works with a power cable, that is fine.

6. Can you return my laptop if I forgot some files?

No. Once the laptop arrives, we will put a new OS on it. Please backup anything important before sending.

7. Can I include accessories?

Yes, including the power adapter or any cables is appreciated.

9. Do you accept damaged laptops?

We only accept laptops that are functional. Broken laptops cannot be processed.

10. Do you accept CDs or Windows installation media?

No. Please do not include CDs, DVDs, or Windows installation disks. They are not needed and will not be returned.
